Holistic Psychotherapy

Holistic Psychotherapy is a more inclusive approach to healing, which synthesizes multiple traditional and non-traditional psychological, scientific, spiritual, energetic philosophies, methodologies, techniques and practices that take into account the whole of the client.

Note: Holistic psychotherapy is integrated into an individual’s plan. This service is generally not provided standalone and will be included in your customized treatment plan. To see other services that are available and will be included in your sessions, please visit our Services page.

Traditional psychotherapy does a great job of understanding the analytical brain, stages of development, and core impulses.

This serves a certain purpose, but it is incomplete when it does not include the second half of the equation - spirituality. If you just see a part of yourself without seeing how that part fits into the whole, the result ends up incomplete. The ego, intellect, & mind structure is only a part, and it needs its more mystical, energetic, and feeling parts to integrate in its entirety.

Non-traditional psychotherapy has the ability to go beyond what is currently included in the western world of science. This can be things like the body's energetic system, chakras, ancient eastern approaches to healing, meditation, breathwork, bio-physiology, and other spiritual practices.

By utilizing holistic psychotherapy, you will receive the benefits of the traditional psychotherapy alongside the rewards of the non-traditional. We will approach your needs from a perspective that is inclusive of:

The 3 bodies:

  • Physical body

  • Mental body

  • Emotional body

The 3 environments:

  • Individual environment

  • Familial environment

  • Social environment

The 3 prosperities:

  • Vocation health

  • Relationships health

  • Physical health

What this looks like:

This will always include, first, a detailed personal history of the client, then the development of a personalized healing plan. This plan will be individualized to each client's unique history, mental and emotional constitutions, biophysics, and conditioning as well as other psychosocial factors.

This customized work will be coupled with:

  • Mental and emotional guidance, support, and advocacy

  • Ongoing psycho-spiritual education

  • Integration tools

  • Practical techniques (inner child work, shadow work, root cause work, meditation, breathwork, hypnotherapy)
